Week 14 - Why Bother Working with Someone?

Hello,

This week we’ve decided to just talk about one of our recent fights that had very little impact on anything. I think people get emotional when they are talking about things they care about. It is an extremely precarious situation here. If you flat out reject the person’s idea, the person will become despondent and loses the enthusiasm. If you straight up accept the person’s idea that they came up quickly, usually based off of hype or temperamental feelings, you might lead the project astray.
